At DMF Lighting, we blend creativity, initiative, performance, and collaboration to redefine what lighting can do. We're looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to lead our efforts within the Technology Integrator Channel – the heartbeat of innovation in connected home design.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how integrators experience and specify DMF products. You’ll lead strategy and execution across digital campaigns, sales enablement, major events like CEDIA Expo, and education programs that turn integrators into brand advocates. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this is a high-impact role with direct visibility and the opportunity to shape the future of lighting in the integrator space.
What You’ll Do
Develop & Execute Channel Strategy
Build and activate marketing strategies tailored to the integrator community, including partnerships with rep firms, trade groups, and integration leaders.
Lead Campaigns with Purpose
Develop digital, traditional, and PR campaigns – from email and social to new product launches – that drive adoption and build channel loyalty.
Own CEDIA & Event Marketing
Take the reins on DMF’s presence at integrator events like CEDIA and Lightapalooza, managing everything from messaging to demos to lead capture.
Empower Sales with Great Tools
Collaborate cross-functionally to produce compelling content and tools: sell sheets, videos, demo kits, presentations, and training materials.
Champion Channel Education
Support dealer and ambassador programs, and work with DMF’s Education team to spotlight PhaseX and other standout innovations in a way that resonates with integrators.
Engage the Channel Directly
Connect 1:1 with key dealers to collect feedback, uncover unmet needs, and inform future digital and campaign enhancements.
Track What Matters
Define KPIs and report results regularly to optimize campaigns, refine messaging, and grow channel engagement.
What You Bring
3–8 years of experience in channel or product marketing, preferably in lighting, technology integration, smart home, or building materials Understanding of integrator workflows, buyer journeys, and sales cycles a plus Cross-Functional Communication – able to collaborate across marketing, sales, product/engineering, and external partners including rep firms or show vendors Customer-Centric thinking – experience planning and managing marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels Organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple campaigns, vendors, and stakeholders Initiative & Self-Direction – proactive contributor who doesn’t wait for direction; ideally someone who suggests new opportunities or identifies gaps Analytical mindset with the ability to track results and optimize campaigns Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel Ability to travel for up to a week at a time to cover trade shows a couple of times per year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
