Temporary Benefits Manager - Construction Industry
Boston, MA |Up to $65/hour Are you an experienced Benefits Manager looking for your next challenge? Join a dynamic construction company in Boston and make an immediate impact managing their employee benefits programs. What You'll Do: Oversee and administer comprehensive employee benefits packages Manage relationships with benefits vendors and insurance providers Ensure compliance with federal and state benefits regulations Support open enrollment processes and employee communications Handle benefits-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with HR and finance teams on benefits strategy and cost management What We're Looking For: 3+ years of benefits administration experience, preferably in construction or related industries Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and other benefits regulations Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred Why This Role: Competitive hourly rate at up $65/hour Opportunity to work with a respected construction company Flexible temporary assignment with potential for extension Make a direct impact on employee satisfaction and retention Ready to bring your benefits expertise to the construction industry?
