Job Description
Established 45-year-old law firm in Bucks County, just outside Philadelphia, is seeking a Trial Attorney and litigator for a busy Plaintiff personal injury practice. The firm primarily practices in Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and New Jersey. Candidates must be licensed to practice in PA and NJ. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, origination credit and bonuses, and fully paid health and dental benefits. The attorney will represent clients from intake through arbitration, trial, ADR, mediation, and final disposition, including verdicts and settlements. Key Responsibilities: Handle a varied caseload from intake through trial and settlement. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, ADR, and trials. Collaborate on litigation strategies and provide case updates to clients. Skills and Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school. Active PA and NJ Bar licenses. At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury, including auto accidents, premises liability, general negligence, wrongful death, and general litigation. Strong communication, organization, and case management skills. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills with the ability to manage a workload. Self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Exceptional attention to detail. Experience with arbitrations, depositions, and discovery is preferred; trial experience is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary with origination credits and bonus potential.
