GENERAL PURPOSE
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing a major partnership initiative for the hotel. This role focuses on developing, managing, and growing a high-profile partnership that enhances brand visibility, drives guest engagement, and supports revenue growth. Serving as the primary liaison between the hotel and the partner organization, the Marketing Manager ensures that all joint marketing activities are aligned with brand standards, business objectives, and the overall guest experience. The role also requires close collaboration and clear communication with hotel leadership, Maadaadizi and MLCV partners to ensure alignment and maximize partnership success.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of a major partnership, acting as the primary point of contact between the hotel and the partner. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that maximize the value of the partnership, including campaigns, events, promotions, and digital activations. Collaborate and communicate regularly with hotel leadership and MLCV partners to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and execution. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, revenue management, F&B, operations) and the partner’s marketing team to create aligned strategies. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnership marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Negotiate partnership deliverables, ensuring mutual benefit and return on investment. Oversee creative development for partnership-related marketing materials across channels (digital, social, print, onsite). Ensure all partnership activities reflect and elevate the hotel’s brand identity and guest experience. Manage budgets related to partnership marketing and track performance against financial goals. Identify opportunities to expand and innovate within the partnership.

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, or brand partnerships in high-visibility roles. Proven success in managing partnerships, sponsorships, or co-branded marketing programs. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and campaign performance. Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
