High School diploma or equivalent required.Able to read and write in English using appropriate grammar and punctuation.Must be able to type accurately. Special Requirements

Must be able to obtain Texas Telecommunications Officer License within one year.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to multi-task under highly stressful situations.Detail-oriented, organized and effectively able to multi-task using a variety of technologies and software – computer, cell phone, multi-line telephone, two-way radios, etc.One years’ communications/dispatch experience preferred.Valid Texas Class C Drivers’ License with a good driving record.Must pass a drug screen, physical exam and psychological exam as required by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE).
