Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience. This role can sit anywhere in Latin America and is offering a pay rate of 10-20/hr USD. This role will be a 6 month contract with potential extensions. This role has the opportunity to work flexible time zone hours as long as there is at least 3 hours of overlap to US EST hours. Key responsibilities include: Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
