Oracle Implementation Specialist - INTL Colombia

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience. This role can sit anywhere in Latin America and is offering a pay rate of 10-20/hr USD. This role will be a 6 month contract with potential extensions. This role has the opportunity to work flexible time zone hours as long as there is at least 3 hours of overlap to US EST hours.
