Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – Enterprise

The Opportunity We're hiring a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to support our Enterprise product area, working directly with the Director of Product to drive strategic initiatives for our largest customers. You'll help lead enterprise expansion efforts, managing stakeholder relationships and delivering platform capabilities that scale across our highest-value accounts. This role offers significant ownership and growth potential for a seasoned PM ready to take on enterprise product challenges. You'll work closely with high-value customers, drive cross-functional enterprise initiatives, and help shape the future of our platform as we scale toward ambitious growth targets. Strong performers will have opportunities to grow into broader enterprise ownership. What You'll Do Strategic Ownership: Support enterprise product strategy development in collaboration with Director of Product Drive requirements gathering and solution design for our largest enterprise customers Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, sales, and customer success Identify enterprise needs and collaborate with technical PM on platform modernization and API roadmap priorities Transform enterprise customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements that enable execution without bottlenecks Field custom development requests from enterprise clients — gather requirements, assess whether initiatives are custom development or "build once, sell often" opportunities that benefit our broader customer base, outline implementation paths through detailed PRDs and user stories, and draft SOWs for enterprise engagements Own complex development requests from scope through delivery Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise stakeholders and champions Drive backlog prioritization using business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment Coordinate engineering, design, and QA resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales on enterprise deals requiring product capabilities or customization Collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption and reduce churn risk Work with Engineering leadership on technical architecture and implementation approaches Operational Excellence: Write detailed PRDs and user stories that enable engineering teams to execute efficiently Maintain product velocity through strong documentation, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution Leverage tools like Azure DevOps, Pendo, Canny, and Sisense for data-driven decisions Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team effectiveness Take on real delivery work — grooming backlogs, writing stories, prepping sprints, running QA handoffs Success Metrics: Enterprise customer health scores and expansion revenue Feature adoption rates and customer satisfaction Product delivery velocity and quality What We're Looking For Required: 3-6 years product management experience (3-4 for PM, 5-6 for Senior PM) Proven track record in B2B SaaS product management, ideally with enterprise customers Fintech, lending, or financial services background strongly preferred — domain knowledge provides significant advantage Strong written communication — you can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable stories that engineers and stakeholders can trust Technical aptitude and ability to work effectively with engineering teams Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management Demonstrated ownership and follow-through in fast-paced environments Coachable and eager to grow into enterprise stakeholder management Comfortable with on-site work in Huntington Beach, CA Preferred: Experience with API strategy, integrations, or platform products Background in customer-facing roles (sales engineering, consulting, support) Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Figma, Canny, or similar product development tools Track record of driving measurable business outcomes (revenue, NPS, adoption) What We Want: Hungry, coachable, and eager to take on responsibility Someone who demonstrates initiative and curiosity — you're not just checking boxes, you're trying to make things better Ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment where you'll learn quickly and be expected to step up What We Offer Competitive salary ($110K-$140K) Significant ownership and growth opportunities in a stable, fast-growing company Direct exposure to enterprise product strategy and high-impact customer relationships Clear path for career advancement based on performance and business growth The opportunity to make a real impact and grow into a larger role if you execute well Seniority level
