Key Responsibilities

Deliver sophisticated estate planning and probate counsel to high-net-worth clients.

Design and implement tax-efficient strategies for asset protection, income tax minimization, and trust administration.

Draft and manage a wide range of complex estate planning documents.

Lead estate matters from strategy development through resolution.

Collaborate with an established team while building and expanding your own client base.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) required;

LL.M. in Taxation strongly preferred .

Minimum of

7 years of private practice experience

focused on advanced estate planning and administration.

Licensed to practice law in

Massachusetts or New Hampshire

(dual admission preferred). Attorneys from other jurisdictions must be eligible for admission by waiver.

Demonstrated

portable book of business required .

In-depth knowledge of Massachusetts and New Hampshire probate and tax laws.

Strong preference for candidates with

10+ years of experience

who anticipate

at least 15 more years of active practice .
