Cyber Program Director to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. About the role: As the Cyber Program Director, you will provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for large-scale defense programs, managing multiple product lines and cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities. You will be responsible for portfolio-level strategy, stakeholder relationships at the executive level, and driving organizational growth through both active contracts and pre-revenue opportunities. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of defense acquisition processes, and the ability to navigate senior-level relationships within the cyber domain.

Your day involves setting strategic direction for program portfolios, engaging C-suite DoD stakeholders, leading RFI/RFP response efforts and proposal development, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and mission objectives. You'll drive business development initiatives through the full opportunity lifecycle from market intelligence to contract award, oversee program performance across multiple contracts, and provide executive leadership to ensure organizational success in the cyber mission space. What we are looking for: 10+ years in senior program management or director-level roles with defense contractors USCYBERCOM experience required - must have direct experience working within or supporting cyber operations Proven experience leading RFI/RFP responses and pre-revenue proposal development processes Executive-level stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing program directors/managers Strong strategic thinking and business development acumen for growth generation STEM degree or equivalent with deep technical understanding of cyber capabilities Highly preferred: Prior experience leading government contracts and federal procurement processes Experience with intelligence community and cyber warfare environments Background in software development or cybersecurity technical domains Familiarity with ATO, RMF, and cyber compliance frameworks Clearance Requirements: Work Type: Onsite San Antonio, TX or Washington, DC Ability to travel 25% What we will offer you: Highly competitive salary Fully covered healthcare, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) and company match Unlimited PTO + 11 paid holidays And More!
