We are seeking a seasoned and highly organized

Legal Assistant

to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to support a group of talented attorneys who litigate matters that shape industries, resolve business-critical conflicts, and appear in courts and arbitration forums across the country.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys in a fast-paced commercial litigation practice through trial and appeal Draft, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, motions, and memoranda Coordinate and manage court filings (state and federal, including e-filing), tracking deadlines, and managing case dockets Coordinate litigation calendars, manage docketing deadlines, and support case strategy execution Schedule and coordinate depositions, meetings arbitrations, mediations, hearings, client meetings, and travel Organize electronic and paper case files, trial notebooks, and discovery Communicate professionally with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and logistics

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of legal assistant experience, with strong preference for litigation practice experience Familiarity with court rules and filing procedures, including electronic filing systems (e.g., CM/ECF, PACER) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and litigation management software Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills in handling sensitive and confidential matters Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-oriented Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial litigation, arbitration, or trial support Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments, Relativity, Everlaw, etc.)
