Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Full-Stack Cloud Developer to join our team for a 6-month tenure with the possibility of extension, no conversion, at our corporate office in New York, NY. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud-native contact center applications and services, with a significant focus on Generative AI, to enhance self-service and agent assist features and improve post-call analytics. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development, particularly with cloud-native, large-scale applications, and a proven track record in building scalable AI/ML-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement full-stack, cloud-native contact center applications and services. Hands-on coding with Python and React/Node.js, focusing on multi-threaded programming. Build serverless AWS solutions and integrate REST-based or GraphQL APIs. Translate project requirements into scalable, robust tech solutions. Lead projects ensuring best-practice engineering standards and support Generative AI projects.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficient in Generative AI-based coding and AWS Serverless Development. Skilled in Python and JavaScript/React for both backend & frontend development. Strong system design and software architecture knowledge.
Industry Experience:
Software development with cloud-native, large-scale application deployment. Demonstrable experience in building scalable AI/ML-driven systems.
