What You'll Do : In this role, you'll be the go-to expert, ensuring every new owner not only understands but truly experiences the full potential of their Jaguar or Land Rover.
Conduct personalized vehicle delivery experiences for Jaguar and Land Rover owners, ensuring they are familiar with all vehicle features and functionalities. Provide comprehensive demonstrations of vehicle systems, including infotainment, navigation, driver assistance technologies, and vehicle customization options. Tailor delivery experiences to meet the unique preferences and needs of each owner, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their new vehicle. Serve as a high-luxury resource for owners, answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing ongoing support post-delivery. Reach out to owners after purchase to ensure they understand their vehicle's features, technology, and options. Maintain detailed records of delivery appointments, owner preferences, and vehicle features to ensure accurate follow-up and ongoing customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with sales, service, and administrative teams to streamline delivery processes and enhance the overall ownership experience. Stay informed about Jaguar and Land Rover product updates, technologies, and enhancements to continuously improve delivery experiences. Keys To Success:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in automotive sales or service, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Expertise in Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle features, technologies, and customization options preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs effectively. Flexibility to accommodate owner schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
