Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead a team in delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to align platform initiatives with business needs. Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Lead and mentor Salesforce engineers, driving best practices in development and integrations
Oversee solution design, customization, and deployment aligned to business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, roadmap, and architecture
Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
Manage Agile development processes and DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins)
Qualifications 8+ years IT experience, 5+ years Salesforce
development/architecture,
3+ years in leadership
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integrations
Proven experience with Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Clouds
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Healthcare industry experience, Salesforce certifications, large-scale implementations
