Here's what you’ll do: Operate Mori Seiki CNC lathes to deliver components meeting exact standards. Translate numerical diagrams and configure machines accordingly for optimal results. Sustain equipment through regular servicing and troubleshooting breakdowns. Ensure every part produced adheres to rigorous quality benchmarks leveraging precision tools. Document manufacturing activities and adhere rigorously to safety regulations. Partner with design and production personnel to elevate manufacturing efficiency. Experience and Capabilities: Background in maneuvering Mori Seiki equipment as a CNC Machinist. Competence in blueprint and GD&T evaluation. Familiarity with programming languages like G-code is beneficial. Exceptional mechanical thinking and analytical skillset. Accomplished at working both autonomously and in groups.
