Conduct meticulous
first piece, in-process, and final inspections . Operate advanced
CMM equipment ; experience with
PC-DMIS/Modus
an asset. Perform
Magnetic Particle Inspections (MPI)
and enforce NDT standard adherence. Vet parts from suppliers, rejecting any that fail to meet standards. Employ precision measurement tools including micrometers and calipers effectively. Accurately decode blueprints and customer specifications. Interpret GD&T symbols and participate in PPAP/ISIR processes. Support audits with maintained calibration systems. Guide production teams while advancing our quality systems. Qualifications You Bring
2-4 years' practical experience in manufacturing and quality. Expertise in
CMM inspection and programming ;
Micro-Vu
knowledge appreciated. Aerospace and metal manufacturing experience. Foundational math and geometry skills. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with bevel gear production is advantageous. We Offer
