We are seeking a
Quality Technician / CMM Operator
to join a well-established precision manufacturer in
Downers Grove, IL . This is a
full-time, direct-hire position
on the
2nd shift

Operate and program
CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
and related inspection equipment
Perform detailed inspections of precision components to ensure compliance with strict quality standards
Document inspection results and maintain quality records
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Support continuous improvement efforts in quality assurance processes
Qualifications
2+ years of quality inspection experience
in a manufacturing environment
(aerospace/precision
manufacturing a plus)
Hands-on experience with
CMM operation
(programming experience preferred, not always required)
Familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to read/interpret technical drawings (GD&T)
Willingness to work
2nd shift
