Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 base + performance bonus + equity options

Our client is a hyper-growth AI platform company redefining how organizations hire and scale their teams. Their technology is used by customers ranging from high-growth startups making their first hires to leading AI research labs building teams of thousands. Already valued at unicorn status and profitable with an 8-figure revenue run rate, the company is on track to cross 9 figures in 2025.

This is an opportunity to join a team of proven serial founders and ambitious builders at the forefront of AI and recruiting technology.

What You Will Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers working across the full technology stack.
• Drive end-to-end product ownership: from ideation and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to deliver new features that can scale with rapid company growth.
• Set engineering best practices to ensure stability, maintainability, and speed of development.
• Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, setting the technical direction while enabling others to excel.
• Build an engineering culture that emphasizes ownership, testing, iteration, and high-quality delivery.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong experience leading engineering teams in high-growth or startup environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise as a fullstack engineer (front-end and back-end development).
• Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire, align, and collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous environments and solving complex challenges with little direction.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for writing scalable, reliable code.

Preferred

• Prior experience at a fast-scaling SaaS or AI/ML company.
• Experience driving product development in close collaboration with researchers, designers, or data science teams.
• Background in computer science, mathematics, or related technical field.

Compensation and Benefits

• Performance Bonus: 20–40%
