Responsibilities Manage policy renewals with accuracy and urgency, ensuring client contact within 24-48 hours Review coverage limits and identify opportunities for upselling, account rounding, and cross-selling Quote new business and re-market renewals in a timely and professional manner Clearly explain coverage options, policy differences, and pricing with confidence Maintain accurate client records and data integrity within the agency management system

Requirements Prior insurance experience preferred Knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines, or the ability to learn quickly Personable, approachable, and professional communication skills Comfortable using the phone and engaging clients directly Strong problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills
