About the Role We are looking for a skilled CNC Mill Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls, strong technical knowledge of machining processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts Develop and optimize machining programs using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to machining processes Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to ensure accuracy Work closely with engineering teams on design modifications and improvements using SolidWorks Troubleshoot machining issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments when needed Monitor machine performance and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure efficiency Assist with plastics machining or injection molding processes as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Mill Programmer, CNC Machinist, or related role Proficiency in programming and operating CNC milling machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls Strong ability to interpret and apply blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for design interpretation Skilled in using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Desired Qualifications: Advanced expertise in multi-axis milling and Mazatrol programming Experience with plastics machining or injection molding processes Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair experience Background in high-volume precision manufacturing environments
