About the Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer to support precision manufacturing operations. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts and components. The position requires strong knowledge of Mazatrol and Fanuc controls, technical expertise in machining processes, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to fabricate precision parts according to specifications Optimize machining processes using Mazatrol programming and Fanuc controls Perform regular quality checks with bore gauges and other precision measuring instruments Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models Collaborate with engineering teams to review and implement design modifications using SolidWorks Conduct troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs to maintain machine performance Support plastics injection molding processes when required Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability of equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all safety procedures Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer, CNC Machinist, or related role Proficiency in operating CNC lathes, milling machines, and EDM equipment Hands-on experience with Mazatrol programming and Fanuc controls Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for design interpretation Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as bore gauges, calipers, and micrometers Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualifications: Advanced expertise in Mazatrol programming and multi-axis machining Experience with plastics machining or injection molding processes Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skills Prior experience in a high-volume precision manufacturing environment
