industry, committed to safety, quality and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile HR Specialist to join our team. This role will manage core HR functions, employee benefits, payroll and also support marketing initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and promote new company developments. Requirements:

Human Resources Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, etc.) Assist with routine questions from employees, onboarding, and offboarding processes across multiple sites. Track and report HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.) Coordinate training initiatives (safety training, compliance training, professional development.) Maintain HR records in compliance with state, federal, and ISO standards. Payroll Process and review payroll on a weekly basis for multiple sites. Ensure accuracy of employee time, PTO, and labor reporting. Manage garnishments, deductions, and pay changes in compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain payroll compliance and reporting requirements. Serve as system administrator for HRIS/payroll software (Ceridian Dayforce or Paylocity preferred.) Marketing & Communications Assist with marketing efforts for our company website, including communications, promotional materials, and launch updates. Create and post regular updates to company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.) to highlight achievements, open roles, and company culture. Support employer branding through recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement programs. Partner with leadership to align marketing messages with business objectives. Qualifications Associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of HR or payroll experience (manufacturing environment a plus) Experience managing multi-site HR and payroll operations. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce or Paylocity strongly preferred. Knowledge of garnishments, deductions, pay changes and compliance. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and benefits administration. Experience managing social media accounts or internal communications a plus Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
