Description/Qualifications: Daily job requirements include the following: Replace, repair, install and or modify water distribution systems, heating systems including boilers, water heaters, gas piping and venting, pipe fitting and drainage systems. Must be capable of diagnostics and troubling shooting equipment including boilers, heating systems and water heaters. Schedule and stand inspections with local inspectors. Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers and develop basic quotes for repairs. Coordinate scheduling with office and materials vendors as required for job completion. Must have strong comprehension of NH Plumbing and Gas code. Basic understanding of electricity, components and safety. On call rotation as needed. Requirements:
License Required: MA Master or Journeyman Plumber’s License preferred Valid Driver’s License OSHA 10 Physical Requirements: Lifting (approx 50 lbs.), climbing ladders and stairs; bending or stooping; extended periods of walking; regular exposure to weather conditions; operating motor vehicles; and ability to operate power and/or hand tools. Ability to handle frequent loud noises Ability to accept & meet deadlines Other: An individual must show a willingness to continue to develop skills in the Plumbing and HVAC/R trade as part of the continued learning process. Must show strong teamwork skills and also be capable of working independently.
