Overview Pay:
$80k - $125k per year earning potential, hourly plus commission pay Schedule:
Monday - Friday with weekend coverage rotation Full-time, year-round work

Responsibilities Boiler Installation:
Install and replace
forced hot water
boilers
Install and service
steam boilers
Install
combination heat and domestic hot water systems
Perform system start-ups, safety checks, and basic troubleshooting
Water Heater Installation:
Install and replace all types of water heaters, including:
atmospheric Electric Power vent
Indirect-fired
Tankless/on-demand
systems
Ensure proper operation, venting, and code compliance of all installations
Gas and Flue Piping:
Install and modify
gas piping
systems according to job specifications and state code
Install and inspect
flue venting systems
(natural draft, power vented, direct vent, etc.)
Ensure all gas and flue systems comply with
MA Plumbing Code ,
NFPA 54 (National Fuel Gas Code) , and
NFPA 58 (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code)
Qualifications What You Need: Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License
required Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in boiler and water heater installation Familiarity with
residential and light commercial plumbing/heating systems Strong understanding of
state and national plumbing/gas codes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents EPA Certification (for refrigerant handling) is a plus, but not required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
