handyman/maintenance
technician to join our team in Holliston. Individual will be required to perform maintenance tasks that include, but are not limited to; general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, window, door and lock repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, picking up and delivering supplies, etc...
All members of the team are in a weekly "on-call" rotation to deal with emergencies on evenings and weekends. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance on a daily basis. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a certain level of skill in these areas and be able to perform these tasks in a professional manner.
Requirements:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: • A valid driver's license • Your own set of tools (all basics for today’s work, nothing extravagant required) • Smartphone
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Available to work 40+ hours a week including nights and weekends when required • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Previous employment references
