We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician with strong carpentry and foreman experience to help keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking great. This hands-on role involves a wide range of building maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on carpentry, minor repairs, and general upkeep. $30 - $35 hourly Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, gutter work, and minor plumbing and electrical work Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Inspect windows, doors, walls, and floors for damage and carry out necessary repairs Build, install, or repair wood structures such as cabinets, framing, partitions, and doors Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems to reduce downtime and safety risks Load and unload tools and materials as needed for maintenance projects Record maintenance work performed and track service intervals Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting as needed Follow health and safety regulations and ensure work areas are kept clean and secure Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, and coworkers to address service needs Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests as required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience, with demonstrated carpentry skills Familiarity with maintenance tools, procedures, and safety guidelines Experience with drywall, flooring, painting, basic plumbing, and basic electrical systems Able to read blueprints or technical diagrams is a plus High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must have own hand tools Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team About Company Come join one of Maine’s fastest-growing real estate management firms.
