Youll coordinate all aspects of ANCC Pathway and Magnet journeys, collaborating with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote nursing excellence, shared governance, and regulatory readiness. This is your opportunity to support strategic planning, guide culture transformation, lead data collection and document submission, and mentor staff across the organization.
