Job Title: Robotic Welding Operator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Robotic Welding Operator to set up, operate, and maintain robotic welding systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with robotic welders, welding processes, and quality control, ensuring that parts meet or exceed production and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate robotic welding machines according to production requirements. Load and unload parts onto fixtures and position them for automated welding. Monitor robotic welding operations and adjust as needed for alignment, speed, or quality. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on robotic welders. Inspect welded joints for quality and conformity to specifications using visual inspection or measurement tools. Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve welding processes and efficiency. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Adhere to safety procedures and always wear appropriate PPE.
Additional Responsibilities :
Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed. Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance. Ability to work extended hours/overtime as needed. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines. Conform to all quality and safety procedures. Required to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
Required Qualifications or Experience:
Technical training or welding certification preferred. 1 year of experience in robotic welding or a related field. Preferred. Familiarity with welding processes such as MIG or TIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Physical

Conditions : Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility. Regularly required to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, reach & carry.
