Job ResponsibilitiesSales Support/Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service when assisting territory managers and customers. Supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support which includes:Generate and prepare quotes, order confirmations, packing slips, and invoices.Manage and communicate available inventory in transit, production or on location.Collaborate with 14 remote territory managers to guarantee prompt and efficient order placement.Organize and manage whole good backorders.Coordinating with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries of equipment.Maintain client information in internal databaseCreate and manage all processes related to order placement and confirmation.Update and maintain pricing consistency in database.Attend and contribute input in weekly and annual sales meetings.Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of sales and customer servicePrior experience or knowledge of heavy equipment or construction equipment is preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent with combination of education, training, and experiencePreferred education Associates Degree in Business but not requiredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, OutlookStrong attention to detail and accuracy
