Sales Support/Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service when assisting territory managers and customers. Supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support which includes: • Generate and prepare quotes, order confirmations, packing slips, and invoices. • Manage and communicate available inventory in transit, production or on location. • Collaborate with 14 remote territory managers to guarantee prompt and efficient order placement. • Organize and manage whole good backorders. • Coordinating with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries of equipment. • Maintain client information in internal database • Create and manage all processes related to order placement and confirmation. • Update and maintain pricing consistency in database. • Attend and contribute input in weekly and annual sales meetings. Qualifications/Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of sales and customer service • Prior experience or knowledge of heavy equipment or construction equipment is but not required • High School Diploma or equivalent with combination of education, training, and experience • education Associates Degree in Business but not required • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, Outlook
