Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in IT as a Business Data Analyst with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Expertise in designing/optimizing data workflows, writing Epics & User Stories, and creating data-related documentation (dictionaries, BRDs, mapping). Proven ability to design visual data models/dashboards and lead data-focused meetings to resolve issues and align stakeholders. Nice to Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously. About Us:
