Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested: Must-Have Skills: Proficient in eliciting requirements through customer interviews and producing clear, detailed system requirements. Strong experience with SDLC processes and business process re-engineering. Skilled in developing user stories, use cases, and designing wireframes/mockups that align with UX best practices. Nice-Have Skills: Experience with 'Modern Requirements' or Atlassian Jira for requirements management and issue tracking. Familiarity with working in or with state/local education agencies, especially the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program.
