Position: Senior Business Analyst Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As a Senior Business Analyst at West Shore Home, you will support requirements collection, process mapping, and some project management for multiple projects for the successful on-time delivery and manage project scopes to ensure no scope-creep including highlighting key project risks and escalating any issues through formal change control.

Key Role Accountabilities: Create business/functional requirement documents and process maps with as-is and to-be states with a focus on enterprise scalability while leveraging automation. Critically analyze business situations and partner with process owners to develop solutions, re-engineer existing business processes, and support the automation of multiple manual business processes. Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process standardization for multiple concurrent enterprise level projects with a high level of complexity in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment. Ensure the strategic alignment between new projects and business requirements, while providing visible reporting on project status, portfolio tracking, financial implications, and overall performance. Minimum Requirements:

5+ years business process documentation, analysis, and/or re-engineering experience with extensive knowledge and expertise in creating process and system maps, requirements documentation, and other project artifacts, required. Bachelor's Degree required; relevant Business Analysis certifications (IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA) or Lean Six Sigma belts, preferred. Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team, as member and/or leader, and independently to deliver results.
