Job Overview: The Member Services Representative will provide cross-functional support in the Mortgage Servicing department. This role involves assisting members with their mortgage-related inquiries, managing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining the security and confidentiality of account information.

Responsibilities: Set up new loans in the FICS servicing system. Handle property tax and insurance policy issues, and assist members with related questions. Track and log legal documents related to mortgage processing. Prepare and image documents for record retention. Provide requested payoffs to members, loan officers, and other lenders. Review account information with members and request corrections as necessary. Process legal documents when a mortgage is paid in full. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Previous customer or member service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience. Previous experience handling mortgages. Previous banking or Credit Union experience. Experience with Episys software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and secure inter- and intra-departmental cooperation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-volume pressure. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance. Ability to pass applicable pre-hire compliance checks.

Pay Range:

$20/ HR

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
