General Manager Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of a titled General Manager position for an entertainment or full-service restaurant concept
• Experience overseeing $10M+ revenue/year
• Experience leading 100+ employees in one location
• Experience with training and developing teams
• Passion for being hands-on and providing supportive leadership
• Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma
  

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with entertainment, including gaming equipment
• Solid tenure and proven loyalty to past employers
• Experience with LBW menus
