The Opportunity:
The Director of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Business Enablement is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation by aligning people, processes, and technology. This role ensures that the human side of change is proactively managed to accelerate adoption, minimize resistance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic foresight, operational execution, and deep expertise in change leadership, organizational design, and business enablement.
What Your Impact Will Be
Organizational Change Leadership
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide OCM strategies that support business and technology transformations.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, readiness planning, and resistance management.
- Embed OCM into agile delivery models and transformation roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable enablement frameworks that integrate training, communications, and adoption strategies.
- Lead the development of role-based training programs and content creation tools to support enterprise solution rollouts.
- Drive post-integration enablement for enterprise tools, services, and support models.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to align organizational structures, spans and layers, governance, and communication flows.
- Facilitate current and future state assessments, gap analyses, and implementation plans to support process improvement initiatives.
- Use data-driven strategies to define IT organizational goals, identify performance gaps, and forecast future demand.
- Facilitate IT Town Halls, Extended Leadership Workshops, and global culture-building events.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting business cases and transformation strategies to the C-suite.
- Lead global change enablement, training, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Align change and enablement strategies with program milestones and enterprise architecture.
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and business readiness.
- Ensure seamless coordination between business and IT to translate technical changes into business impacts.
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in IT, business transformation, or change leadership.
- 10+ years leading OCM in large-scale, global business/IT transformations.
- Proven experience leading culture and change programs, including global leadership events and workshops.
- Demonstrated business and technology acumen with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
