Intelligence Management Specialist
The Opportunity
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an Intelligence Management Specialist you use your specialized Intelligence experience and your attention to detail to collaborate and coordinate across various teams and offices to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission environment and operational requirements. As the authority on your topic your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like intelligence and collections management. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools.

You Have
  • Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT
  • Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems
  • Ability to work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop and maintain relationships across the IC, DoD, and partners
  • Ability to facilitate planning, prioritization, and synchronization of client activities to achieve effects that gain and sustain military advantage
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 7+ years of experience supporting the IC in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have
  • Experience as a Collection Requirements Manager
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Completion of an in-residence DoD IC Collection Management Course
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
