About the Role:

We’re seeking a full-time Project Engineer to support our growing team of Project Managers. This on-site role involves coordinating and executing multiple electrical projects, collaborating closely with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Project Managers through all project phases—from preconstruction to closeout
• Coordinate schedules with field teams, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors
• Support procurement, quantity take-offs, and material tracking
• Manage RFIs, change orders, proposals, and other documentation
• Review and interpret project drawings and specifications
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Participate in project meetings and site walks to monitor progress
• Serve as a solutions-focused liaison among clients, field teams, and internal staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry codes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Project Engineering experience in electrical contracting (required)
• Skilled in construction documentation, scheduling, and estimating
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and estimating software is a plus
• Competitive base salary of $120,000+ with overtime pay
