We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a growing, multi-concept hospitality and restaurant company. The CEO will be responsible for guiding overall strategy, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring long-term financial health while maintaining a strong culture of service, innovation, and guest experience. This leader will set the tone for operational excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and drive growth across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term vision for the company’s growth, ensuring alignment with ownership, investors, and senior leadership. Operational Oversight: Lead the successful operation of multiple restaurants and hospitality venues, ensuring consistency in guest experience, service standards, and brand execution. Financial Performance: Deliver strong financial results by managing budgets, analyzing performance, and driving profitability across all business units. Growth & Development: Identify new opportunities for concept development, acquisitions, and market expansion. Team & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and lead an executive team and operations leaders to ensure accountability, innovation, and collaboration at every level. Hospitality Standards: Uphold and enhance the company’s reputation for excellence in food, beverage, service, and guest engagement. Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company with lenders, investors, vendors, and community partners, building strong and lasting relationships. Qualifications
Proven track record as a CEO, President, or senior executive within the hospitality or restaurant industry . Deep understanding of restaurant operations, food & beverage trends, and guest experience standards. Strong financial management skills, including P&L oversight, capital planning, and growth modeling. Ability to lead complex organizations with multiple units, concepts, or revenue streams. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance vision and hands-on execution. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
