Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an employment law attorney
Experience in counseling clients
Experience in litigating wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts
Experience in responding to administrative charges
Familiarity with wage laws, leave, and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour)
Experience in policy development
Experience in compliance training
Experience in managing pre-litigation disputes
Experience with preparing responsive pleadings
Experience in engaging in motion practice
Experience in responding to discovery
Strong academic background
Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results
Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills
