About the role: We’re seeking a
Clinical Supervisor
to join our dedicated Outpatient Services team. In this key leadership role, you’ll support and guide clinicians in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with co-occurring disorders. You’ll supervise, coach, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive compassionate, coordinated, and culturally competent services.
This is a unique opportunity to lead with purpose while remaining deeply connected to clinical work, including client support and group facilitation.
What you will do:
Provide weekly clinical supervision to master’s-level clinicians and interns
Support assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery for clients with complex needs
Facilitate individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
Collaborate across Casa programs and with external partners to ensure integrated care
Monitor clinical outcomes, service utilization, and funder reporting benchmarks
Ensure documentation compliance and support EHR review and approvals
Help implement and oversee Urgent Care services and SOAP enrollment
Support ongoing training and professional development for clinical staff
Participate in on-call rotation and team meetings
Champion quality assurance and culturally responsive care practices
Who you are
Licensed
: LICSW or LMHC in Massachusetts
Experienced
: 3+ years post-licensure clinical supervision experience
Knowledgeable
: Skilled in working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and trauma
A Leader
: Confident supervising teams, managing workflows, and supporting program growth
Bilingual
: Spanish/English fluency strongly preferred
Collaborative
: Effective communicator, team player, and systems thinker
