About the Role

A minimum of 7-10 years' of relevant experience, particularly in a church or nonprofit setting, is required.

Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for those with a nonprofit or church administration background. The role demands a committed follower of Jesus Christ who is in agreement with the Southern Baptist faith and message. Key qualifications include excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, a high level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality, and the ability to work closely with ministry teams to ensure administrative support aligns with the church's mission.
