The Company is seeking a Vice President, HR Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's people strategy and talent systems execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR Operations teams, including compliance and reporting, staff experience operations, and benefits administration. The Vice President will also serve as a strategic advisor on talent strategy, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to the staff life cycle. Essential responsibilities include providing departmental leadership, ensuring compliance with employment law, and leading transformational work to enhance HR functions.

A minimum of 5 years' of relevant professional work experience, with at least 3 years' of supervisory experience, is required.
