The Company is in search of a Vice President of Secure Manufacturing & Production to spearhead the transition of its innovative products from prototype to scalable production. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong R&D background, capable of driving the manufacturing strategy to meet the company's growth objectives in the national security, IC, and commercial sectors. This role demands a visionary executive who can ensure that the design and production of high-performance hardware systems align with the mission of delivering technological superiority. The VP will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations, including prototyping, testing, supply chain, logistics, and quality control, and must have a proven track record in building and scaling manufacturing functions for hardware products, preferably in national security or IC markets.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in R&D and manufacturing. A deep understanding of the hardware development lifecycle, secure communications systems, and experience in the cleared space with an active Top Secret clearance are essential.
