The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end deal execution process, with a focus on gaining extensive M&A experience and direct client interaction within a lean deal team. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include preparing and delivering presentations, leading the coordination of internal and external resources during the due diligence process, and executing M&A transactions, particularly on the sell-side. The role also demands extensive industry, market, and company-specific research, as well as the building and maintenance of client relationships.

Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in investment banking, a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, and a strong track record of closed M&A deals.
