The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team. The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end deal execution process, with a focus on gaining extensive M&A experience and direct client interaction within a lean deal team. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include preparing and delivering presentations, leading the coordination of internal and external resources during the due diligence process, and executing M&A transactions, particularly on the sell-side.
