Your profile At least

years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail, with a focus on High Jewelry and Watches sales. Strong strategic agility and leadership skills. Proven ability to achieve excellent business results. Ability to strategize, make quick decisions, and implement effective actions. Solid managerial background with a focus on team development. Deep understanding of the local retail market and client relationship management. Knowledge of merchandising techniques. Experience with retail software such as

Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP . Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Sales Development and Growth Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets. Identify and develop High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients and monitor related metrics. Oversee sales team KPIs and provide strategic guidance to meet targets. Enhance sales techniques and lead actively on the sales floor through client engagement and events. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to capitalize on sales opportunities. Maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards aligned with brand vision and key control points. Train the sales team in CRM tools to foster repeat business and adjust strategies based on data insights. Team Leadership and Development Lead, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable for achieving KPIs and delivering exceptional client service. Provide regular feedback on client interactions and service quality. Collaborate with HR to support career development and prepare the team for future roles. Additional Information
