Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting this role will support the day-to-day FP&A activities including reporting, analysis, modelling in addition to assisting in annual budgeting process coordination and multi-year strategic planning processes. Role Description
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting this role will support the day-to-day FP&A activities including reporting, analysis, modelling in addition to assisting in annual budgeting process coordination and multi-year strategic planning processes.
The role will touch all aspects on the business and interface with various functions. It is a highly visible role with frequent exposure to senior leaders in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue monthly reports for finance and other functions with associated commentary for wide group of stakeholders including senior leadership Develop and enhance financial models in the Financial Reporting area Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentation of business results as requested by the CFO and senior management Overall budget process coordination, including development of budget templates, timelines, and communication plans Support the Commercial Finance team with reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives Assist with special projects as required
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 3+ years of relevant financial experience, preferably Financial Reporting/FP&A Experience in Manufacturing industry a plus Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience with SAP and Tagetik a plus Self-starter with good energy and initiative Detail orientation with analytical experience Collaborative style with proven written and verbal communication skills Strong results orientation with good work ethic

The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between
$93,900.00 and $140,900.00
per year. This role is bonus eligible. The bonus incentive program is based on company meeting or exceeding targets. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and work location, where appropriate.
