We're looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. You'll be working on scalable web applications, collaborating with product and design teams, and writing clean, maintainable code. We're looking for someone passionate about back-end development, comfortable with APIs, and experienced in building robust, user-focused solutions.
Requirements
Fluent English communication (B2 or Higher level). +4 years of experience in IT and with Ruby on Rails. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture. Proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Experience with background job processing (Sidekiq or similar). Solid knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with Docker and cloud services (AWS preferred). Strong communication and team collaboration skills Comfortable working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Nice To Have
Experience with ReactJS or VueJS. Familiarity with GraphQL. DevOps Knowledge such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
Responsiblities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications in Ruby on Rails. Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers. Create and maintain APIs for frontend and external services. Write unit, integration, and feature tests. Optimize application performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
