In the role of Interior Designer, you'll be responsible for: Supporting interior design scope for medium & large healthcare projects in the Kansas City studio. Design and documentation support for the University of Kansas Health System – Cancer Center and the Children’s Mercy Tower Project. Possessing a strong working knowledge of interior design and architectural documentation practices. Being a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, and a professional understanding of the interior design process from programming through construction administration. Maintaining a positive attitude and collaborating effectively with team members despite challenging circumstances. Having strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications LEED AP WELL AP #LI-MV3 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture At least 5 years of experience in a relevant design firm environment NCIDQ certification Interior Design license in applicable state or province What We Believe HDR is our company.
